Captured in studio, I handled the lighting, photography, compositing, and retouching for this image. Because the shot was taken from an extreme low angle—and the client wanted maximum visibility of the outsole without the perspective feeling exaggerated—I photographed the torso, legs, and shoe as separate elements and then composited them into a single frame. The color palette evolved through several rounds of feedback, which required multiple color revisions to the jacket and shoe to match updated creative direction.
